Our Approach

What sets us apart

Enterprise Class Consultants

Our team has spent careers inside large enterprise environments. We understand the politics, the constraints, and the standards that enterprise delivery demands.

Deep Practitioners

Every consultant has hands-on experience delivering the work — not just managing it. We have run thousands of identity migrations and tenant cutovers.

Security-First

Identity is the new perimeter. Every engagement bakes in Zero Trust principles from the start, not as an afterthought.

Complexity is Our Specialty

We actively seek out the complex scenarios that other firms avoid — multi-domain federations, cross-tenant mailbox moves, hybrid identity at scale.

Outcomes-Driven

We measure success by business outcomes, not billable hours. Our goal is your transformation — done right, on time, with zero surprises.

Our Story

Built for complex enterprise challenges

2cnot2 was founded by a group of colleagues who, after a long career in large enterprise service providers, saw a gap in the consulting market. Firms that could handle simple migrations often struggled when the complexity and agility of the market ramped up — AI integration, automation at scale, multi-forest Active Directory, cross-tenant Exchange moves, and complex identity models in a SaaS heavy landscape.

The name captures our philosophy. A quantum CNOT gate doesn't just move data — it creates a controlled, entangled relationship between two places. That's what we do for organizations: we create controlled, deliberate connections between identities, systems, and workloads during their most critical transformations.

We embrace and tackle the difficult questions head-on. The “to be or not to be” decisions in enterprise IT — Automate it or leave it, on-premises vs. cloud, federated vs. managed, merge vs. keep separate — those are exactly the decisions we help leadership navigate with clarity and confidence.
